Terms

  • Hearing the first version of your song costs nothing. Nothing is charged until you choose to give the full song.
  • Your email is used to send your song and sign you in. Offers come only if you tick that box yourself.
  • Your words and photos are kept only while we make your gift and while you can still ask for what it includes, then deleted. The finished song stays on a private link for 12 months from delivery; download to keep.

The person whose birthday it is must be 16 or older. Do not upload unlawful, exploitative, deceptive or rights-infringing content. Generative music and video vary in small details; we check the delivered files and listen back to the song, but we cannot promise documentary accuracy. The Song ($39) is one original song of 60–90 seconds with its lyric video and a cover. The Song + Photo video ($59) adds a video of about 30 seconds from your photos; a delivered Song can add it from the Studio for +$20 within 29 days of delivery. The amount shown before you pay is charged once, tax included. NEXT SENSE AI LTD provides your song. Purchases are sold through Link, LLC, merchant of record, which handles applicable taxes. A second version in another style is included once per order, can be asked for within 29 days of delivery, and you keep both. Where a gift cannot be delivered with the right name we do not deliver it, and you get a full refund. Changed your mind? Within 14 days of buying, write to and we refund you in full, even after your song has arrived; it shows on your card within 5–10 business days. The private link stays live for 12 months from delivery; download to keep. We keep the photos and words you give us only as the privacy page describes. The song is created for you and you may use it in this video; that is not an exclusive copyright and not a promise about any particular platform’s automated matching. NEXT SENSE AI LTD provides the service under UK law; your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Photo video

You must own the photos or have permission to use them, including permission from the people in them. Photos with children in them are welcome.
