BirthdayClip is operated by NEXT SENSE AI LTD. You must have permission to use the photos and personal information you submit. One complete birthday video of 24 seconds costs $6.99 in a single payment, with downloading and sharing included; it is not a subscription and nothing renews. A new song version is $1.99. One chosen environmental contribution is included in the video price. Review the final total and any applicable taxes at checkout. If a complete result cannot be delivered we refund that purchase to the payment method you used. Cropping and removing sound are included, with a maximum of three saved versions per video. Finished videos are stored for 7 days: download copies you wish to keep. After that they are deleted. AI output can vary; review the selected photos and lyrics before you pay. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. For help, refunds or account deletion contact marketing@nextsense.ai. One chosen environmental contribution is included in new video purchases. Choose a tree, a food tree or ocean plastic removal at no extra charge. Contributions are registered after successful video delivery; the provider carries out the project on its own schedule. Earlier purchases keep their original price and refund terms. Unfinished drafts and original uploads are kept for up to three days. Finished videos stay in your private library for 7 days. After that they are deleted.
