BirthdayClip is operated by NEXT SENSE AI LTD. We use your verified email and account identifier to sign you in, deliver your purchases and keep your private video library. Signing in does not subscribe you to marketing. Firebase provides authentication and account storage; Stripe handles payments, and our AI providers process the photos and instructions needed to create your video. Original uploads and unfinished drafts are retained for up to three days; finished videos and saved versions for 7 days. After that they are deleted. You can delete videos earlier from your library. Payment and refund records may be retained where needed for accounting, disputes and legal obligations. Ask for account deletion or exercise your data rights by contacting marketing@nextsense.ai. We do not publish your videos without your choice. We load product analytics only if you accept. No marketing email and no advertising profile.
