How long does it take?
The songs and videos are made after payment. Follow each stage in your Studio; we email you when your video is ready. You can leave the page and return to your saved order.
Can I see it before I pay?
Before paying, you check your photos, birthday message and the person the video is for. The songs and videos are made after payment, so there is no finished video or song preview at checkout. Your draft is saved if you stop halfway.
What if I don’t like it?
Choose your favourite of the delivered looks. While the source files are available, you can request one free correction to the written name or selected person in one look. This keeps the original and does not change the sung name or make a new song. For anything else, contact marketing@nextsense.ai.
Is it a subscription?
No. One purchase, one payment of $6.99. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. A new video is a separate purchase, and you decide each time.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Sign in with Google or a link sent to your email. Your drafts and finished videos are kept together in a private library. You do not need a password.
What does it cost?
$6.99, paid once, for up to three vertical birthday videos: Tape, Night Room and Film. Each delivered look has its own original song and is around 20–24 seconds long. Downloads, sharing and one chosen environmental contribution are included. The full amount is shown before you pay.
What if some looks cannot be finished?
If one or two looks finish, they are yours to download and share. If no look can be delivered, we refund the full purchase to your payment method. You are never asked to pay again for the same order. For help, contact marketing@nextsense.ai.
What can I change after delivery?
Your original stays unchanged. While the source files are available, one free correction can fix the written name or selected person in one look. It does not change the sung name. You can also start a new paid video from your saved photos, review its details and choose whether to pay.
Will every photo appear?
Add 2–5 photos. The video director chooses how to use them, so a finished look may not show every photo. Group photos are welcome; check the selected birthday person before paying. The person whose birthday it is must be 16 or older.

Drafts and original uploads expire after three days. Finished videos and their saved versions are kept privately for 7 days. After that they are deleted. Download a permanent copy, or delete a video from your library earlier.
